Gnomon

StellarComp supports the Gnomon process through two software-based tools, GnomonWeb and GnomonSA.

GnomonWeb is our premier web-based evaluation and compensation system, with easy access for users and administrators via a web interface tied to an industrial-strength SQL Server database. GnomonSA is StellarComp's standalone pen and paper base system with an accompanying Microsoft Access database. GnomonSA is available for organizations that cannot access the web or do not have web servers.

Gnomon provides an excellent framework around which to build your customized, flexible, and fair evaluation and compensation system. Gnomon can be deployed as an evaluation system, a compensation system, or combination of both. Gnomon can also be implemented in stages, so its capabilities can grow as your organization grows.
